To Whom It May Concern:

As of the end of September 30, 2005, ResMed will phase out the Mirage Full face Mask Series 2 Complete Mask System (P/N 16665 through 16670) for sale in the US, Canada and Latin America. Existing inventory will continue to be sold until depleted. Spare parts for this system (ie, cushions, headgear, and forehead pads) will continue to be supported for 15 months from the end of the phase out period or until December 31, 2006.

While we regret that some of our customers might temporarily inconvenienced by this development, planned obsolescence is common when a newer, more effective product is introduced. We are happy to offer the Ultra Mirage Full Face Mask System (P/N 60600 through 60605) as a replacement system.
