Replacement Schedule

When was the last time you replaced your worn out items?

Cushions 6 Months
  • The older your cushion is, the less likely it is to keep a proper seal.
  • The life of your cushion will be increased by cleaning it frequently with proper cleansers.

  • Headgear 6 - 9 Months
  • Headgear often stretches out over time, and affects the fit of your mask.
  • Having oily hair and / or washing headgear frequently will cause the elastic to quickly break down.

  • Tubing 1 Year
  • Over time mineral deposits begin to collect, and holes may form in your hose.
  • The cusp of the hose is often the first thing to go. Always detach your hose by pulling on the connector, not the actual tubing.

  • Humidifier Chamber 6 Months
  • Mineral deposits can compromise the quality of your humidification.
  • Always use distilled water and empty your chamber each morning to increase the life of your humidifier.

  • Reusable Filter 6 - 12 Months
  • Reusable filters were created to be rinsed and reused, but not for longer than 6 months.
  • New filters mean cleaner, higher quality air intake.

  • Fine Filters Monthly
  • Fine filters can't be washed, only replaced.
  • Since these filters catch fine particles, they must be changed more frequently.
