Most S8 II models include the new and improved EPR (Exhalation Pressure Relief) with Easy-Breathe technology for a more natural feel. The Auto-Set S8 II has an advanced algorithm which responds quickly to flow limitations, adjusting to provide the right amount of pressure on a breath-by-breath basis.
