Great New Features
The new PR System One REMstar Auto CPAP comes standard with carrying case, memory card, filters, manuals, power brick cord, and now, Respironics Performance Tubing. The hose is centrally located, on top of the humidifier providing 360 degrees of rotation. Outstanding innovations include:
360 Swiveling Hose Port. The addition of a new swiveling hose port will allow restless sleepers more freedom to toss and turn during the night. The machine can also be placed on either side of the bed, facing in any direction.
Flex Technology. In addition to C-Flex and A-Flex technology, the new PR System One REMstar Auto CPAP machine comes equipped with C-Flex Plus. C-Flex Plus minimizes your air pressure setting as you breathe out, making it easier to exhale. If a breathing event occurs, the pressure profile is raised to compensate for the event.
System One Resistance Control. The Resistance Control feature recognizes nasal pillow masks distribute air pressure differently than full face masks. The PR Auto CPAP has now developed varying pressure resistance settings that will correspond to different mask designs.
System One Humidity Control. System One technology tracks room humidity and temperature. Should a room temperature and humidification combination be present that would cause rainout, the machine automatically adjusts the humidity level down to avoid condensation.
Dry Box Technology. A revolutionary development for humidification! This new volumetric center prohibits water displacement minimizing potential water damage to the machine. The new air outlet port is located on top of the humidifier, limiting the surface area in contact with water. The H2O chamber includes a one-way valve between the machine and humidifier. Any water that manages to escape gets caught in the dry box, which acts as a second reservoir.
