Enter the ResMed Mask Giveaway!

This holiday season CPAP.com is giving away 20 CPAP masks!

Every Monday, for the entire month of January, five winners will receive a free ResMed mask.

The first drawing will kick off on January 4th!

It's been a tough economic year and we want you to start 2010 out right!

1. Qualify.

Because masks require prescriptions, it's necessary you have a prescription on file to be eligible for the giveaway.

If you haven't already submitted your prescription to us, now is the time! You can submit a variety of ways:

Fax your prescription to 1.866.353.2727

Log into or create your account and upload your prescription, or have us request it from your doctor.

Call 1.800.356.5221 to speak with a customer service representative to answer any questions you may have.

2. Enter.

Once your prescription has been submitted, all you need to do is send an email to FreeMask@CPAP.com.

In the body of the email include name, address and phone number so we may notify you if you win.

If you have an electronic copy of your prescription, you may also attach it to the email.

Once your prescription is on file and your email received, you will be entered into the drawing pool.

You only have to enter once to be eligible for all drawings. One entry per person, please.

3. Win.

If you are selected, you will be contacted by phone and asked to select from the masks below.
