Tax season may be the biggest headache of all, but keeping great records throughout the year of all assets and accounts will help you sleep better come April 15. As the tax filing deadline approaches, pull out your CPAP receipts, and lets audit your current CPAP equipment and ensure great sleep throughout the year.

Replace: Every 6 months

    Insurance will cover a replacement machine once every five years, but many find they will need to replace more frequently, as soon as two years.

    We recommend changing the filters frequently to help improve the life of your machine.

  2. One home remedy is sweing a tennis ball into the back of your pajama top, which is supposed to prevent you from lying flat on your back. Losing weight can sometimes help, but that is more of a long-term solution. There are also some medical treatments, like special bite blocks that keep your jaw aligned in a better position, plain oxygen (maybe there are nasal cannulas that you are not allergic to), or even surgery. You might also find out about alternative CPAP masks maybe they make some that you are not allergic to. Good luck in finding something that works for you.
