Is your CPAP delivering the prescribed pressure? This item will tell you exactly what pressure you are receiving.
The manometer consists of a new Fisher & Paykel humidifier chamber and a new Fisher & Paykel water column manometer with instructions. The picture shows a manometer in action (green die is added for the example only and is not included in the package or needed for proper usage). These items are lightweight and travel well. Making a measurement takes only a minute. This device needs no calibration and is always accurate. Get a good night's sleep with the exact machine pressure prescribed. You can also buy a short hose for this unit and convert it to a passover humidifier. Return On Warranty Issues Only

"If you want to be able to verify or confirm your actual pressure readings on your CPAP or APAP machine, buy this. I have used mine many many times to see what my APAP pressure really was on my starting pressure of ten. Very very useful and very very simple to use."
excellent

"Works perfectly and easily. It verifies that the cpap machine is flowing the correct amt of air. The cpap may not be adjustable by the user, but the manometer can show you that the air flow is adequate. You can select a higher level of air flow. My new manometer showed that my setting of "15" was not quite there. So, I adjusted my cpap to "15.5" and now, according to the manometer, I have my "15". Without the manometer, I would have no way of knowing what a true "15" was.
This is good "peace of mind"."
Some problems

"This is such a simple product I was surprised to find so many minor flaws. First the manual is not written for universal use. It's written for use with a HC200 whatever that is. Fortunately it's so simple that a manual isn't really needed. Next the rubber coupler that holds the measuring column to the chamber actually blocks the view of several of the readings. Of course the pressure level I'm prescribed is completely blocked from view. Major hassle. Lastly the overall quality is just average (think of a thin cheap plastic measuring cup with crude lettering). The markings are very vague and I suspect will wear off easily if you aren't careful. Regardless it will give you accurate readings just don't think that because you are paying a premium that you are buying a high quality product.
Of note is that my machine was off by .3 cm H2o. Given that the offset (used to correct differences between actual pressure and front panel readings) was still set to Zero I highly suspect that my provider (not CPAP.COM) didn't double check the reading with a manometer before shipping."
Works as advertised.

"Easy to setup and cannot be inaccurate (unless someone changes gravity)
Would like a Y tubing arrangement so that a mask can be used while measuring. When pressure is different between inspiration and expiration it would be nice to measure both rather than just static pressure."
Simple to use and provides confidence your PAP is working

"This is a good investment if you have any doubts your machine may be not performing as spec'd. This unit should last forever since there are no electronics or moving parts to break. As long as the laws of physics remain in effect this unit will work."
