"I upgraded to this machine from an earlier model, purchased in 2002. What an awesome difference! It is so quiet, absolutely NO noise can be heard from the machine itself. It is also 8 oz lighter in weight. The humidifier works much better than my old one; I no longer wake up with my sinuses and throat dried out. The ramp feature is great, too; I use it even when I have to get up in the middle of the night - I press the ramp button to get back to sleep. Another feature which I also am looking forward to using is the automatic altitude adjustment. Although the altitude figure is adjusted manually, the machine makes the appropriate pressure adjustment automagically - way cool! Better than my previous method of guesstimates (I never received a copy of the chart). I recommend this machine with 5 stars. Sleeping Better in SE LA (where altitude is 0)."

"Like others here, I purchased this in order to bypass the oppressive nature of health insurance rules and requirements. The insurance company and the local DME supplier had me renting an M Series Pro C-Flex CPAP Machine with humidifier. It seemed to not work well, it was loud, and the blue buttons were annoying at night. My father also uses a CPAP, and he has had this brand machine for over 8 years, and a use time of over 18,000 hours. Those facts alone made my decision for me. So, what about my experience? This machine is wonderful. It's quiet and it has no lights or buttons that keep the room lit while I'm asleep. My wife couldn't believe the difference in the noise level as compared to the M Series Pro. I did have some hesitation at first over using a machine without the c-flex, but that fear was unwarranted. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied, and would purchase this machine again."

"My second purchase from CPAP.com. Another positive experience. I changed insurance, with a change in job. My new insurance had a $500 deductible and I was being billed each month by my DME for my "rental". Instead of paying for rent for an overpriced machine, I researched models on the site and found this for a very reasonable price, (less than my deductible). Purchased it, took my old machine back to the DME. Everything is great. Very quiet, easier to use than my other machine. My advice, if you are new to the CPAP world, like me, you are not stuck with whatever the DME and insurance companies tell you. After getting jerked around by both the DME and insurance companies, finding this site was a literal breath of fresh air. They have the information you need to make informed decisions about your treatment. I wish that I would have found this site before I wasted money with the DME. I am definitely going to suggest this site to my Primary Care Physician and anyone who needs the info. You do have a choice in your care!"
