"I bought this machine back in July and I absolutely love it! It is extremely quiet. My husband can't even hear it working. I love the heated, humifidied air. My nasal passages haven't dried out since using this machine. I bought this when my husband and I had to move overseas for his job and I needed a dual-voltage machine as my other one wasn't. I am extremely satisfied with this one and it's portable enough for me to take on trips as well. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone else."

"First CPAP machine and I like it. It seems to be far quieter than the other "big name" model I used at sleep lab. It has only the features I actually wanted; ramp, heated humidifier and auto 110/220. I personally saw no reason to pay for automatic altitude adjustment (it's easy enough to do manually if I find myself on Mt. Everest, you just push the mode button then arrow up or down. Done). And, I think it looks nice; light cheerful colors that blend in w the room. I like it enough to offer the following ideas for their design team (free but if you use any please get me some free masks to try)is think of what needs to be moved/re arranged on night table for a CPAP and build in to unit. I.e., add an alarm clock and maybe a AM/FM radio and link the radio to the ramp (it would go off when ramp reaches full pressure which is when you should be asleep). And add one more outside pocket on the case for airport use; hold tickets, ID- no one ever knows where to put this stuff."

"I upgraded to this machine from an earlier model, purchased in 2002. What an awesome difference! It is so quiet, absolutely NO noise can be heard from the machine itself. It is also 8 oz lighter in weight. The humidifier works much better than my old one; I no longer wake up with my sinuses and throat dried out. The ramp feature is great, too; I use it even when I have to get up in the middle of the night - I press the ramp button to get back to sleep. Another feature which I also am looking forward to using is the automatic altitude adjustment. Although the altitude figure is adjusted manually, the machine makes the appropriate pressure adjustment automagically - way cool! Better than my previous method of guesstimates (I never received a copy of the chart). I recommend this machine with 5 stars. Sleeping Better in SE LA (where altitude is 0)."
