"Excellent product, extremely quiet, well constructed, great documentation, works flawlessly with matched heated humidifier. Superior to the previous units I have used in the past 10 years."

Very good machine

"I bought this machine to replace a Respironics RemStar Lite that I was renting.
I was reasonably happy with the RemStar. I always thought of it as a relatively quiet machine. However it was very large, especially with the heated humidifier.
The Intellipap is about as quiet as I can imagine any machine to be that is actually running! My wife told me that she got up in the middle of the night a couple of nights ago and she thought I had turned it off. It's a fairly small package as well. I bought mine with the heated humidifier and it's obvious that a lot of thought went into engineering the two pieces to make a single, compact unit. It's also really nice not to need a funnel to fill it. I would definately recommend it to a friend. The only thing I would change is to allow the unit to ramp when you use the Auto-On function. If you want to use that function you still must reach over and press the ramp button. I've had the machine for a little over a week now and I would buy the same one again if I had to. I'm very happy with it."

Very nice

"Let's face it. All heated humidifiers heat and humidify. What sells it to me is convenience. This unit was engineered to form a single compact unit with the flow generator. It's easy to use and does not require a second power cord. The design is very quiet. It does not require a funnel to fill it and the top and bottom halves snap apart for easy cleaning. It slides in and out of the base and doesn't look like another piece of equipment on the nightstand. It looks like it's part of the CPAP, which it is. I have occasionally had a slight problem with the reservoir "catching" on something as I've tried to slide it into place requiring that I fiddle around a little to get it to go in. My only other concern is that the two clips at the rear that act as hinges between the top and bottom halves of the reservoir look a little fragile. Other that that it's very nice, easy to use and snaps open easily to clean inside it."

"We purchased the humidifier with my husband's CPAP machine and we strongly feel that it helps his comfort lever and he does not get dried out with it."
