"The software gives you a basic chart of the various analyses. I did not expect it to give medical advice, but for the high cost, I did expect it tell what certain terms mean, definitions and the like. Further, I haven't found a way to export the graphs yet. Overall, it's good."

"I have had it for only a few days now, and haven't had any problems. It seems to read the card just fine. It shows a red light when the card is in it, but does not tell you when it's OK to remove the card, so I have removed it when the light is red, and it still works. So . . ."

"I didn't have any problems loading the software after reading the one page instructions. My computer runs XP Pro SP2 and so far I've had no conflict problems with the software.
The program itself is very basic and while I appreciate the information it does give me, I would like to have access to ALL the information the SmartCard stores as I believe the previous software did.
In any case, I needed this basic information before I see my doctor for unresolved fatigue problems and I can now tell him that my CPAP is doing the job as intended."

"As this is a USB reader, all I had to do was plug it into my USB hub AFTER the software was installed. I had no problems using it the first time. Data was read as expected."
