"Much more important than the fact that this cord works, is the awesome customer service at cpap.com. I believe the person on the phone was Cheryl.
It was probably around 5:30+ PM eastern time, so 4:30 their time, which is after their normal UPS same day cutoff. Wife and I were on vaca and I forgot the cord, so diminished sleep prospects for wife. I really wanted the cord and Cheryl got the inventory picker on it immediately and got it UPSed within minutes!
Very positive customer service story. I appreciate their efforts."
