"The unit itself is working wonders for me. Its helped with the dryness in my chest. The main problem I have with it is the noise. There are 2 vents at the top of the reservoir that leak the air, and create a howling sound. I have had to put tape over them to reduce the sound and keep the pressure up to my level."

"hola e comprado ya varias veces producto en la tienda cpap 3 o 4 veces compro desde chile via lan box
cpap tiene un servicio de primera calidad lo que se compra es lo que envian por lo que cada dia voy comprando con mas confiansa via internet yo uso el cpap marca respironics con reflex sobre el producto para mi es espectacular ahora si puedo dormir y puedo trabajar mas horas al dia en forma mas eficiente
tambien quiero contar mi experiencia de operacion para solucionar mi problema de obstruccion del paso del aire y fracaso por que tuve que aceptar el uso del cpap creo que para las personas que sufren esta enfermedad sugiero no operarse si no provar el cpap

"The report that is produced is useful BUT the software has some problems (non-viewable action buttons) and the supplier has a very BAD attitude about supporting it.
The software cannot be updated. They can only send a new disk (if they have one) to be reinstalled and they told me they don't know how they can/will distribute it. They believe that CPAP.COM will happily send the update out to everyone who purchased it from them but CPAP.COM has never heard about this. (For an additional fee of course.)
What was Respironics thinking? How easy it would have been to have a registration procedure and an on-line update system.
My advice is to try one of the shareware smart card software products to see if they are adequate and avoid this expensive, WARRANTLESS and virtually UNSUPPORTED software."

Remstar Heated Humidifier

"After using the Remstar AutoPap for a few years, I then found out about the heated humidifier. I ordered one from CPAP.com approximately 4 years ago. I have used it daily since. I noticed a small rusting spot starting to appear, so I ordered another replacement chamber. Since I have two Remstar AutoCpap's and one with C-Flex; and I go camping and boating a lot, I decided to get another humidifer; so that I could have one as a travel Cpap all inclusive and another for just the stay at home station.
I absolutely love all of the Remstar products; and am tempted to buy a travel sized CPAP; but am afraid to invest the money, as I am afraid I will not enjoy it as much as the Remstar Auto CPAP and the wonderful humidifier.
Great Products. Have been on CPAP for 12 years, and am at a 17 mean; and I love your products.

"This is a pretty basic program, and gives pretty basic information. It's informative as far as it goes, and I've learned a lot, but they could make their "help screen" information broader. I'd like definitely like to see how much time is spent in apnea per night without having to go through the cumbersome process of viewing one day at a time. If you print out a report, it gives daily info on some things, but only the average apnea time per night for the duration of the report. Hopefully they will address this in an upgrade."
