"I am new to wearing a CPAP and the first try was a mask, however due to my face shape was unable to get a good seal without having the straps tightened to an unbearable pressure. The swift LT has been great. The only problems I have had is that my cat got ahold of the mask and tore up the pillows insert. I wear the Medium, however while waiting to replace I used both the Large and Small inserts and they worked ok. The medium is the one that is the most comfortable to me. I have noticed a few times that moisture builds up some in the pillows. However after working on adjusting the humidifier I have not noticed the problem. If a mask isn't working well for you I would recommend trying this setup. The headgear is comfortable and I haven't had any "face marks" or other issues with it."

"As long as you don't mind something, however soft it may be, lying over your nostrils, it's probably a good buy for you. I happen to prefer something like the tubes that deliver oxygen, which sits gently *inside* the nostril rather than covering the nostril completely."
