Great Headgear

"The softcap is far superior to the standard headgear. I have been using them for years. They are very easy to use and are easily adjusted to keep the appropriate tension so the mask stays in place. They come with a small connector that is supposed to make it easier to get on and off but I don't use it. There is enough elasticity in the softcap so I just stretch it enough to slip it over my head."

Side straps and hair breakage

"The side straps are too wide to easily go through most of the masks that I have.
Each "cap" that I purchase has the same issue.
Here's the bigger issue as a woman. The item which are essentially "head gear" "BREAK OFF" a woman's hair where they cross her head.
I did not notice this, my hairdresser asked me; "...why is your hair sheered off all around your head in the same place?"
Hence the wonderful solution of the "cap" especially for women. This is a huge untapped marketing point on your point.
Thank you for the opportunity to give you feedback."

"I purchased the softgear cap for by CPAP machine. I have a small head for an adult so I purchased the child's size and I was glad. It fit very well. It is comfortable, feels good on my head and is cooler. Also it is much easier around my ears than the regular cap. I highly recommend it."

"My husband has treated his sleep apnea with CPAP for over 15 years. He started with the soft cap but a few years ago the supplier from whom he rents his CPAP no longer carried it and although they never told me that is was available elsewhere. They continued to send "replacement" headgear and masks which were not compatible with the soft cap. These were promptly thrown in the garbage as they were terribly uncomfortable! I continued to clean and repair the soft caps and reuse old masks. (Anything, not to hear the snoring)!
Thankfully, last week I found the "old favorite" on CPAP.com! Medicare will not pay for it as they only pay for CPAP equipment obtained from the vendor that supplies the rental CPAP! Does that make any sense?? The local rental company assured me that they will send the compatible (old favorite) gel mask. So far I have not received it although it was ordered at the same time as the soft cap.
Thank you CPAP.com for your excellent service!"

"Cap seems to be good quality and is really comfortable compaired to original headgear that came with mirage 2 mask although straps had to be trimed in width to fit that mask but I was informed of that when I ordered. Also my head measures 24 inches and ordered a medium by advise of sales person but I need a large which I will be ordering because I like the headgear a lot"
