"The product worked flawlessly in Windows XP. Plugged it into my USB hub, it asked for drivers, I put the ResScan CD in and it finished the install without fanfare. ResScan pulled the data from my card (roughly 5 months worth) and I was able to view the various charts. Only complaint is with my Resmed Escape II machine. It doesn't log detailed data so all I could see was compliance data. Should have done more research before I ordered the reader."

"The card reader installed easily . If I hadn't installed the card upside down(totally my fault) I would have been reading the results in a matter of 3 minutes.I use vista, Would recommmend to anyone."
