"Service was excellent. Concerning mask a little of my history may help. I've only been using cpap for about 3 months - but I want to make it work. Therapist originally gave me two full face masks to try. Both caused pain and irritation on bridge of nose and face. I would be allowed to keep one mask and any others would then cost $400.00 @. I searched internet and I told her I was interested in trying the mask that had the nasal pillows since it would avoid bridge of nose problems. So that was the mask I got from her but not the brand I had seen. So on internet I allso ordered the nasal pillow mask I had seen. I've tried to use both of those for about 6 weeks. No facial irritation with either. BUT - my nasal passages are narrow and swell when lying down. The right passage closes completely. The air pressure coming through the nasal pillows has nowhere to go so the pressure dislotdges the pillow from my nostril and the leaking air wakes me! This happens with both nasal pillow models. So in my pharacist's office I saw a model of the Comfort Full 2. I like the solution of the forehead support to take pressure off nasal bridge. I bought a large size (which is what the other models were) through internet at great savings again. I've used it for a week. Unfortunately I get leakage around mask that is very loud and wakes me. The plastic bag that it arrived in has cutouts that you hold over nose and mouth to determine the size you should use. There was a paper PDF version on internet that I used in advance of purchase. Based on paper and previous sizings I ordered large. Based on the plastic sizing devise I probably should have ordered a medium. I did not by the insurance but I figure I save so much going through internet rather than therapist I will come out ahead. The only other problem with this mask is the ball and socket attachments. They looked like a good idea compared to previous headgear attachments I used. In reality, they are very tight and difficult to attach/remove if you are not standing in front of mirror. Perhaps they will loosen with use."

Just what I needed

"After two nights I'd say that I'm satisfied with my mask. I needed a full face mask because of mouth leak and using a chin strap was annoying, so I decided to try a full face mask since I was buying a travel size CPAP machine.
PROS: Overall it feels comfortable on my face; despite being larger than my nasal mask I'm not conscious of that when it's on my face other than the fact that my mouth is enclosed, too; I like that I can easily disconnect the hose while leaving the mask on; best pro is that it works and does what I hoped and more -- now that mouth leaks isn't a problem I found my humidifier is just a luxury now, not a necessity.
CONS:The headgear on the mask is bulkier than I'd like; I wish it didn't have the forehead brace, but I'm used to having one since my nasal mask has one; it's difficult to get off over my head (maybe I have a big head? lol) but hopefully the straps will become more stretchy with wear; the swivel clip connectors feel like something will eventually break off; I've had some air leaks both nights when I move, however, I've been experimenting with different adjustments and hopeful that I can fix it. It's not as forgiving as my previous mask which will take getting used to.
I wish I had the resources to be able to try different masks, but according to cpap.com's fitting guide, I have few choices anyway. I wake up more comfortable and rested now and don't wake up during the night or in the morning with a dry, parched mouth and throat. I'm also very pleased that with this mask I can leave my humidifier at home when I travel. Overall I'm satisfied with my mask and pleased with my purchase."

"My first mask came with my cpap machine after my sleep study. It was Fisher&Paykel FlexiFit407. This mask was ok, but in less than 6 months it got leaky and I had to tighten the headgear more and more to quiet it down. I then switched to Respironics Comfort Curve. Again this mask was so-so. It's major problem was that it made my cheeks break out and at times was leaky. I am a very light sleeper so the leaks will easily wake me. I figured I would try the ComfortFull 2 from Respironics. The mask has a dual layer seal. At times this would not lay right and would leave a weird sensation, but it did not leak. This mask just presents a comfort issue not a quality issue. It is actually a good mask for the price, just not a good mask for my face. As usual Cpap.com has great prices and great service."

My Only Choice

"So many of the face masks look interesting; I wish I could try other styles just to experience something different. However, my face measurements only allow me to purchase this style - small. Fortunately, this mask works very well for me and I have purchased it 4 or 5 times now. I get a good night's sleep and the mask is easy to wear. This company ships very fast and has great customer service. I will continue to purchase my products from them."
