"I find this mask to be a teriffic improvement for those of us who like to sleep on our stomachs. It is nice to get two different choices of cushions
The only suggestion I have is that since the tubing goes up and over your head, when you lay on your side, you may need an 8 foot section of tubing instead of a 6 foot section to compensate for the fact that the tubing goes up and over your head instead of in front of your face.
The only other thing I notice with the "Simple Cushion is that it makes my nose soar. But, otherwise it is a wonderful improvement."

"I won't say that it has been perfect, but it sure beats what my insurance company is covering. I was using a large nasal pillow mask that was just crushing my nasal passages only allowing me to breathe out of one nostril all night long. This mask with the Direct Seal cushion seemed to offer an option that would remove the pressure from my face. It absolutely changed my CPAP experience. I can actually breathe with this mask. I know that everybody is different, so I not knocking other masks, but if you have the problem I did - definitly give this a shot. The cons to this mask are fairly minor. My nostrils are a little sore, but other reviewers have said that this goes away. It also seems a little to easy to slip off of my head if squirm in my sleep. Other than that I was disappointed with the lack of sizes available prepackaged with the mask. I sized between a 2 and a 3 for the Direct Seal cushions and the smallest available with the mask is a 4. Now I have to spend an additional $30.00 to get the size that will work best for me."

"I can't get a seal at all with the simple cushion, and not a very good seal with the nasal pillows. I am ordering the direct seal in hopes that will correct the problem."

"This is a very quiet and efficient mask and as promised it leaves no marks on my face and you can sleep on your side. My complaint is that the head piece is heavy and uncomfortable on my head even though I do not need to overly tighten it to have it stay in place. Since I open my mouth to some extent I need to use a chin strap thus with this mask it means there is way too much stuff around my head!"
