"I've tried a varitey of nasal pillow brands over the years but this one is by far the most comfortable and effective of various brands I've used. Consequently, this is the second one I've purchased for my back-up CPAP machine. The two features I appeciate the most are: the intgration of the chin-support with the unit and the tubing flowing below the nose rather than above the head. I need chin support to keep my mouth closed when sleeping and this design provides a comfortable, adjustalbe and almost passive approach to the support issue. As the breating tube travels south from the nose, I find this very comfortable when repositionig my head/body when sleeping as well as minimal interfearence when watching TV or reading."

"This is the second Optilife mask I have purchased. The last one was 1 1/2 years ago. The mask is very well constructed and the only reason I replaced it is that the head strap velcros were getting a little ratty.
The mask fits well and does not feel tight. There are a few occasional air leaks but what mask desnt leak sometime? The mask is so non-intrusive you can talk, read, watch television or whatever with ease.
My only objection is the co2 blowoff vent location. it is located directly in front of my mouth so if I turn towards my wife during the night I blast her with a stream of cold air. This, in turn, has caused a bruised rib occasionally as she politely tells me to roll over the other way.
This is a very good mask. Buy it."

"I had to return the devise as it would not stay on my head. I have a very small chin, almost none at all, and the devise kept slipping off my face."

Best so far...

"I have tried the following masks...Nasal, Full Face, Nasal Prong and a Nasal pillow w/ partial face mask, and was still searching for the "Right" mask for me. I'm a side sleeper and then move to my back during the night so I was having all kinds of problems with air leaks. This nasal pillow mask is by far the best of all that I have tried. I am happy to have had these review comments to help me make my selections. It is very light, quiet, and easy to put on and adjust. I agree with some of the other reviewers that there is still room for improvement but I will happily stay with this mask until something better comes along. I wish that the price could be less as my insurance doesn't cover my costs. And as most of you that use CPAP.Com know, the service and shippping was excellent. Thank you CPAP and best of luck to those of you reading this review."

"This is my first CPAP and mask, so I don't have a lot of comparison history. However, it is comfortable and easy to adjust. The headband adjustment buckle made my head a little sore the first few nights until I learned to loosen it a litle. All in all, I am pleased with this product."
