"This unit is working much better than my old model which was extreamly hard to slide out of machine to fill with water. I had to almost break off my nails to force it out. This one slides out easily so far. The front broke off of my old one from having to pull so hard to get it out, so I had to replace it."

"Easy to use, small (so perfect for travel), when they suggest you preheat, warm it up before using, follow that advice. First night I didn't and it was like a blast of artic air. Second night on, I learned tp preheat, and it was much better."
