Does the job, but not intuitive and $$$$$

"Software works well so far - I've used it 3 times over 2 weeks to download info.
As discussion boards on cpaptalk.com say, it's not intuitive - all the info is there in the report, you just need to realize there's more than 1 page.
Legends on graphs are also poor - such as event history - colored lines in chart but no colors in index to help match. I figured out the correlation on my by comparing values listed in index."

"EncoreViewer Software is easy to install and use. It does what it needs to do which is to display graphs. It has no export capability that I can find, so if you want to save a graph you have to do a screen capture and save your graph as an image. Additionally, I can't get the annotation feature to work and can't find anything about annotations in the help file. But I am happy to have the ability to view the graphs.
CPAP.com was great to do business with."

Better instructions needed

"At first I thought the reports only gave a summary and no detailed reports. The helpful people on the cpaptalk.com forum mentioned clicking on the little green arrows, up and down, to see additional pages of the report. It would be more helpful if more details were given on what to look for in the reports. Instructions are given only for how to install, not how to interpret the data."

"I agree with others that there aren't any bells and whistles on the software, but other than detailed information about number of apneas, hypopneas, vibratory snores what else do you need."
