OptiLife users can now choose to replace the standard pillow cushion with the all-new Cradle Cushion. The new design provides minimal contact, yet feels similar to traditional triangular cushions.

"I was disapointed again by this product, it is the second time I have ordered it and still not gotten the right fit. I thought my old one was a small, but first order it suggested that I order the next size up so I got a medium. It was way too big. This time I ordered a small and it also does not fit. I feel it constricts my air flow a abit. I have been having a recurrence of apnea symptoms so am anxious to get a mask apparatus that does the trick. I need to go back to my respiratory therapist for guidance."

"I got my cradle cushion right away and was my first time to use one. I am very happy with it as it seems easer to use for me than pillow nose plugs. I sleep most all night now with no air loss with cradle. I will buy another when neded."
Optilife Under the Nose Cushion
15 Year CPAP User – October 13, 2011
"I have to have an under the nose cushion and this is the only one I've found so far. It works OK but the headgear is not designed properly. It comes off too easily and is non adjustable. The headgear needs a strap that will go around the head further down in the back to stay on. The cushion itself is comfortable once you get used to it."
Bruce K, PA – September 06, 2011
"When cradle cushions were first introduced they were much stiffer and made of thicker material. Now they're thinner and more bendable which causes leaks much easier. This also leads to a faster breakdown and replacement needed. I prefer the thicker version which I found to be more comfortable."
Still getting used to it.
Gareth W, FL – July 06, 2011
"Have been using it for only a couple of days, but inititally it does seem a bit more comfortable than the other version of the OptiLife nasal pillow."
There is no Latex in any Respironics mask or their packaging.
