"The chin strap did not stay in place and did not address the problem of open mouth breathing."

"I'm a mouth leaker so I began looking for a chin strap. The highest rated one is big, bulky, hot and cumbersome. I felt like my head was encased before I even put on the mask. One night of it was enough. I've had pretty good luck with this strap. It's thin, light weight, not bulky and seems to do the job most of the night, most nights. I would only say it does tend to slip around in the night from the back of my head towards the front, loosening the fit a bit. I have a definite chin and sits well in that part. This strap might not work well with someone with a small or recessed chin. They would probably do better with a neoprene or stretchy fitting fabric."

"In general pleased with product. Would be more helpful if the strap was mildly elastic. I particularly like the material of the chin portion."

"The chinstrap overall is functional and does it's job. The only suggestion I would make to the manufacturer is that with only the one strap over the head, it can and does slip either forward or backward down the back of your neck which renders it nonfunctional. I have found that by putting my CPAP mask headgear over it rather snug, it does a pretty good job of holding the chinstrap in place. Other then that I have no complaints about price or quality. It will do its job."
