TrueBlue Gel Nasal CPAP Mask with Headgear

"I have to say that this is without a doubt my favorite mask. I have a Swift FX, as well as the Mirage Comfort Gel. On both of these masks I do tend to take them off. I have been using the TrueBlue for over a week now, and wake up each morning with the mask in tact. I dont find any leaks bothering me through the night. It moves with you in bed whether sleeping on your back or on your side. Its very light as well, and not overly bulky. One must make sure that the blue inner gel is flush in the mask, as if its off a bit, it can leak air a bit. This can easily be fixed though by just alligning it correctly. I wouldnt be without this mask."

"I am a long time ComfortGel and ComfortGel Blue user. The only issue with those products was that they sometimes irritated the bridge of my nose, which was resolved by using RemZZs cloth pads. So, Respironics claim that this maks solved that problem was attractive. Bad Decision! Many problems with this mask. First and worst, it leaks badly. Despite the instructions to not overtighten the headgear, overtightening is the only way to eliminate the leaks (even with RemZZs). The new clips are much harder to use than the old ball clips on ComfortGels. The new fixed gel head pad is not high enough on the forehead and could definitely use a swivel adjustment despite its spring action. Overall, an uncomfortable mask and a definite downgrade from ComfortGel. Half way through the night, I switched back to my ComfortGel Blue to get some sleep."

"Have used for 1 week, but has become my favorite. Prior to this I tried several Nasal masks, and found the Comfortgel Original Blue mask that was hot water mold-able to be the best for me, but was uncomfortable when lying on side - would "torque" on bridge of nose, and leave red marks on face. The accordian hinge on the TrueBlue eliminates these problems completely. A very loose strap tension is all I need for my 7cm pressure.

Sizing (Med) was same as Original Blue for me.

Only concern 1) new headgear clip - would like them to put extra clip in packaging, as not sure how durable it is. Also, remember to simply lift up one side of the tab and it releases easily - Don't try to pull or yank it off -becomes natural within a few tries."

"This mask is so comfortable and the new Remstar machine is so quiet, that sometimes I wake up and have to feel my face to see if everything is still working. Thanks cpap.com I'm back to my energetic cheerful self now that I am sleeping again."

"The mask my doctor ordered with my machine was a poor fit. It slipped every time I would get hot and sweat and it just didn't feel comfortable. I asked for another smaller mask, but never got it, so I ordered the petite one on my own dollar and its the best purchase I ever made.
