"With new power supply, the CPAP is working again. It never occurred to me that the problem was with the power supply rather than the unit. But,hey, that's why you guys are there. The power supply is light compared to some I have. Just wish it was about half its size."

"Thank you for your prompt shippingof the product ordered. Your service is excellent. I would like to recommend that the manufactor go back to making the power cord with the colaspable plug, this is a machine I use for travel and the purpose is to pack compactly and ths new power cord does not meet this purpose. I like the orginal power cord."
