Loaner machines are offered for rent to CPAP.com customers whose machines are in need of repair. They provide a cost effective means of obtaining a short term substitute machine. Purchasing a short term loaner machine makes sense if you do not want to purchase a backup machine outright, but still want to ensure that you receive effective therapy.
You may use the loaner machine provided until your original machine is returned to you. Included in the shipment is a return shipping label. It is used to return your broken machine to us for repairs. A second return label will be issued with the return of your repaired machine so you may return the loaner to us.
The machine will be the same type but may not be the exact same make and model as your current machine. It will be sanitized by our in house technicians and will contain brand new disposable, reusable and bacteria filters. If you choose to upgrade to a heated humidifier, it will be stand alone or integrated as stock allows.
