"The ball and swivel configuration work well
until too easily you lose one or more of the
these devise. I believe that you should secure them better
without losing any of their function.
The price you charge for replacements is OK
but the shipping charge is over the top for
two onces of plastic.
If you don't fix the problem you should, from
a customer point ,include at least one spare clip.
Otherwise invite customers to send in their innovative
methods to secure the mask while missing one of these clips and make your President view them. Remember a lot of
us CPAP folks travel and depend on these machines
to secure a good nights sleep for all."
