"This is a fine product for use on a sailboat or RV. It consumes less power than using a 120 volt AC inverter, makes no noise and has a long cord, making it more convenient. My only concern is that it will not power a humidifier, which can be an issue under some conditions. Overall, it is very good."

"I fly often on long flights and buy economy class seats to save my organization money. The downside is that I do not have electrical access for my CPAP in order to sleep. Combined with a battery pack, I can now sleep in economy class on my CPAP. The only complaint I have is that this adapter size is huge compared to the battery pack or the CPAP machine I use. Wish it was more compact, but it works well."
