"When i recieved my mask from my insurance provider, i noticed that one of the clips didn't snap in all the way. Instead of waiting for ever to go through the provider, I went on line to cpap.com and ordered the clips from them. In notime the order arived along with some other items that i had ordered as well. That night i tried out the new clip,(i only needed to replace the left side) and it worked better than the clips that came with the orginal mask so i replaced the other one as well. Great Product!"

Problems with connectors

"I ordered the Mirage Liberty Full Ace Mask for my mother. Each night, the whole thing would come apart at all four connecting points. On the second night, she totally lost one of the lower clips.

This is why I had to order the replacements. I have put twist-ties around the two top connectors to try to keep them in place.

The mask is a good concept, but poorly executed."
