"The upgrade version of the Mirage Swift is quieter as reported. I am having a bit more trouble getting ot to "settle in" because the material it is made of is thinner and more supple. I'm sure I'll get used to it."

Mirage Swift Upgrade

"This unit replaces the original Mirage Swift which still works fine and is now a "backup." Upgrade may provide slightly better results, but improvements are not readily apparent. Positives: comfortable; easy to disassemble and clean; very compact and easy to take with you when traveling. Negatives: relatively expensive; design of air tube favors sleeping on back or one side. Regardless, I'm very satisfied with product and with the service provided by CPAP.com."

"I like the new design of Swift II. The air flow direction is much more comfortable. However, the device leaks at both ends; more at the end where it attaches to the old plastic tubing. To avoid having to buy a whole new unit, I put tape over the connections. That helps, but I am disappointed that it was necesssary. Also, I still have severe "mask face" in the morning. I experimented with putting folded Kleenex between my face and the part that touches the cheeks, and it helped a great deal. I think some built-in cushioning of that part could be very beneficial."
