"See my review on the mouth cushions, these are the same only for the nose. You have to replace them at least every other month (monthly is better), but they avoid the huge mask over your face and are surprisingly unobtrusive---you don't feel like you're "sticking something up your nose." In fact, I'm relieved when I slip into my mask at night, it feels "right"."

"I love this mask because you can change out your seals. The DME's in our area don't like to carry this mask due to cost. But it does not seem to place as much pressure on my face and I also have less leak issues."

"For me this is the best product so far as I use it with the Mirage Liberty Hybrid mask. I find that the nasal pillows do sometimes leak however can be adjusted easily or fixed with a barrier cream.
The Hybrid Mask with the nasal pillows is very good."
