"I had requested the 315 Ma Remstar Fuse for the 210-220 req;uirement for oversea usage. I received the 315 115-120 volt fuse.
It seems you have two (2) different fuses with the same number. I called customer service, spoke with Monica, and she arranged to send the correct fuse to me. I have received several days ago. I returned the 115-120 volt fuse to you the other day along with other parts incorrectly identified in your on line catalog.
I am very much concerned that my credit card is ccredited for all returned items since you have charged me every time you send something to me.
If you were to contact Monica in your customer service department, I beleive she understood the problems and as far as I'm concerned solved them. She is very compitent and was patient and followed through in solving the incorrect orders."
