Early in my CPAP career, I broke the strap loop on the forehead support. It's just a thin piece of plastic, after all. I was happy that I could get the part, individually, rather than having to buy a whole mask assembly. Now, I find that component parts are less available, which is a shame. But the price of the whole mask has come down, so I get those, and use one or two older ones for spares if needed. Win-win. I am a verified CPAP.com customer named Steev, in Mary land. The field won't let me plug that in.
