"This replacement humidifier tank is wonderful. My old one had been leaking around the metal plate for some time, and I was putting off doing anything about it, because I didn't want the same problem again. Turns out, it is a really different design. The plastic is significantly sturdier than the old tank. MUCH better closing mechanism (the old one was like a child-proof prescription bottle cap)that is very easy to snap shut and does not leak. It seems a little more compact, but the thing fits like a glove. If you are starting to notice leakage in your M Series then get this thing. Don't wait until your whole CPAP Machine is sitting in a puddle of water nightly. By the looks of it, this part will be around a lot longer than the first one was!"

"My original tank leaked from day one and destroyed my lamp table when I first set up the M series cpap. Since then it has been on top of a tupperware lid but I finally got tired of mopping up so I bought a new tank.
No leaks so far but Cpap.com told me I should replace this tank every six months to avoid leaks. That seems a little excessive to me. My old Respironics system and tank went years with no problem at all."
