"I was so impressed to see that the new Humidifier Chamber that I had ordered was very improved. The locking device works so easily in the new chamber. I was really struggling to slide the old lock into position. I don't understand why I was sent a chamber that I didn't ask for, it seems a waste to send a piece that doesn't go with my unit. Maybe I need some clarification on this piece?"

"The replacement humidifier chamber gets a thumbs up for the improvement over the original chamber. Much easier to handle and use. Seals well and the lock latch is no problem."

"The universal replacement tank works fine. I have had no water leaks since starting to use it, but that's only been a week or so. But it really frosts me that I bought this expensive machine and almost immediately had to buy a replacement for the defectively designed water tank."

"I am please with the way the new M series replacement disassembles and re-assembles. It is quick and easy and I don’t have to fight with the parts locking together. I wished that the instruction (enclosed) had a written paged discussing cleaning and also the care of the seal. I have used the item only two times and so far, I really like the way it's performing. Time will tell if it works better or MUCH BETTER than the standard model.
