"Works as advertised. Setting up the head gear and getting the right size pillows takes a little effort but it gets the job done. If you are unsure on what size pillows then buy the version with all three sizes. Right size makes a huge difference in comfort. No moving parts so it will hopefully last longer than the other masks I have used."

"This is the first time I’ve tried a naselADAM Interface. I have always used a facemask for the past 5 years. The nasal pillows are nice, but like the 3 little bears, one was to big, one to small and of course one was just right. So a couple of sleepless nights until I found the right combination of pressures and humidity. I’m sure it will be better the longer I use it."

"This mask was a mixture of good and bad for me.
It stayed in place well, fit my nose well (even though the fitment guide did not recommend it), and was fairly comfortable.
However, I will be returning it because of the down-facing vent which air-conditions my arms and chest, and because of the velcro strap headgear. Due to the general lack of structure of the straps, plus the fact that they get stuck together in unintended ways, I was never able to put the mask on in the dark.
My previous mask was a Breeze, and I never felt as "confidant" with this one. On the plus side, the Adams Circuit doesn't seem to have anything to break, which the Breeze does at one year intervals for me."
