Like my last mask, but with some improvements.

"Form and function is the same as my last mask, but it had a couple of attachments that helped with two issues that I had: pressure on my nose and lack of tube length. The mask came with a flexible extender and an angled piece that attacehs to the part with the nasal pillows that solved both issues. I will order this product again."

I noticed a differance between the old and new and might suggest that the over the head band be modified by stitching or stronger velcro. Otherwise all is well and thank you. Laura B"

"THIS NEW ONE IS MUCH BETTER THAN MY ORIGINAL AND ALSO BETTER THAN THE ONE I PURCHASED 6 MONTHS AGO.THE SWIVAL CONNECTOR HELPS TO PREVENT LOSS OF SEAL AT NIGHT.IT ALSO IMPROVES THE COMFORT.I RECOMMEND IT.I HAVE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED THE NASAL PILLOWS OVER THE FULL FACE MASK OR THE NASAL MASKS.THANKS."

"I have used this headgear with nasel pillows for over 15 years. My husband was just diagnosed with apnea and was given a mask style. It was so uncomfortable for him, made his face sweat and he had a hard time getting a good fit. I suggested he try the headgear that I have and so purchased he and I both new sets. He is very happy with it, and much more comfortable. You can sleep comfortably on either side, or on your back and the mask doesn't slip. I would highly recommend this system."

Love the Adam CPAP

"I have been using the Adam CPAP headgear and nasal pillows for quite a few years now and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who uses a CPAP. I started out with a mask, but my face became very sore from its use. Not only that, but unless it was on very tight, if I rolled over in my sleep, it would come loose and the air would escape from around the side of it. I almost gave up using the CPAP completely. However, since I have been using the Adam system, I have been very pleased with how it works. I have been using Adam for about 10 years now. I good system which could be slightly improved."
