ADAM Circuit Pillow Shell

I have to use the ADAMS nasal pillow setup. This is a necessary part. The parts for this setup are getting more difficult to find. This part lasts a long time, but still, I decided to buy a "lifetime" supply of them. I have never had one fail on me in 20 years using it. I urge the manufacturer to continue the ADAMS setup because some people like it. I like it because it allows me to sleep on my side. I recommend using an "angle adapter" with this. Unfortunately, the angle adapters do fail (split) after a while so you need to order a lot of them. My only negative comment about this part is that it's too expensive for a simple plastic part that probably costs 10 cents to make.

The shell, a replacement for a product issued by the people who used to make the ADAMS circuit headgear, works very well.

Fast and good product

Sturdy and durable. I have used this style since 1998. I wish CPCP.com still made this shell with the Oxygen outlet. It is helpful when a person is in the hospital and needs oxygen while sleeping. I have an older shell with the outlet and have used it in the hospital.

This pilow shell works great, its the second one I have purchased!

This is the style of nasal pillow holder I used when I first started using a CPAP. They remain the most comfortable and bset for me.
