BiPap Auto SV

"I have had my machine now for over four months. Prior to that I had used a BiPap Auto ST. The SV is much better in that it adjusts the pressure to only be what is necessary. I no longer am waking at night with the machine pulsing. I travel extensively and was worried that the size of the machine would be a problem. So far no complaints. I stopped carrying it on to the plane after getting stopped every time I had it with me. It seems to make the trip in my suitcase as checked baggage just fine. Noise level is acceptable. My mask makes more noise than the machine.
Complaints. Whoever did the design of the wiring for the power supply needs to be sent back to school. Why didn't they make it run on 12volts instead of 24? The 12v-24v battery backup converter is a power hog and not very efficient.
I like it so much I just purchased a second one so that I have one ready to go for travel. One will stay at home, since disassembly and reassembly two to three times a week gets to be a real hassle."
