"I didn't think that my head was abnormally sized, but possibly I'm wrong. I've found that the "one size fits most" description would better be "one size almost fits." I'm debating whether it's safe to take some scissors to the internal fabric to enlarge it to fit my nose better, but I'm scared of ruining a $129 purchase. It would also be helpful if the adjustable straps were a little longer, even 1/4" seems like it would help. The video on the company website on how to fit the mask is only marginally helpful. Having said all that, it is more comfortable than my hard plastic masks. If your face is on the small side, I'd recommend it wholeheartedly, but for larger heads/faces it leaves something to be desired."

Didn't fit me

"I gave this 3 stars, only because it didn't fit me. One size does not fit all, and I guess I have a smaller than "normal" head. I watched the fitting video and read the fitting instructions several times, but was unable to adjust the mask so that it wouldn't leak. The headgear comes down too far on my back skull/neck, so the straps sit at an angle going to my nose.
I really wanted to like this mask, because it's so lightweight and comfortable. I would still recommend that others try it, since there is a 30 day return warranty."

9 on a scale of 1 to 5

"If you're tired of mask sores and about to quit, give this mask a try. This is the mask I'd been waiting for. I've tried at least 12 to 15 other masks and had big issues with all. Full face and nasal masks all made sores on the bridge of my nose regardless of size, manufacturer, adjustments or pads on my nose. Pillow masks didn't stay in place well and made sores inside my nose, even with a humidifier. I finally pressed my therapist to find me something or I was going to quit treatment. He told me about this really different cloth mask. He let me try one and I haven't looked back since. I don't believe there is a perfect mask, but this one might be close for difficult to fit hoseheads. I have no complaints about this mask. It's soft so no more sores. It seems to work best with side sleeping. It's super easy to clean. The head gear doesn't block vision. I wear an eye mask to help with my dry eye and this mask seals over the edges of it. It doesn't look or work like any other mask I tried. Give it a try before you quit treatment."
