The ComfortClassic is the classic Respironics Contour mask upgraded to be more comfortable for more people.

Gel Spacers. No more foam spacers to split and break. The ComfortClassic has a new gel "two-in-one" forehead spacer.
Quiet Air Vent. The exhalation vent on the ComfortClassic flows downward over the hose connection so your partner doesn't get blasted with air.
Easy Sizing. There are just two sizes to choose from, and 80% of men will wear the small. Small best fits those who wear the standard size in the Ultra Mirage or small and medium Respironics masks. Most women will also wear the small, except for petite women or those with finer features. (A petite sized mask would be best for them.) Very tall men or those who wear a large in the Ultra Mirage or other Respironics masks will look to the medium size.
New Cushion Design. The cushion of the ComfortClassic is also upgraded to fit better and leak less.

"I've been using CPAP for over 10 years. Other masks I have used always had some "improvement" that was more trouble than it was wort and didn't work as well as this very basic mask. I was having trouble getting a good seal until I realized that the top of the mask was too far away from my face; I removed the gel spacer entirely and it works great.
