"The Respironics Comfort Gel mask is the best I have used, but the plastic rim that holds the silicone flap to the mask split where it was originally joined. I repaired it with tape and it works fine. Model airplane glue might work better, but I didn't have any. Nevertheless, I wanted a spare in case the rim broke in other places. I gave this item four stars because it was easy to repair and because I like the mask so much.
It would be nice if the manufacturer looked at this part of the mask with a view to making it sturdier. It snaps on the mask so it must be somewhat flexible which probably means it must be a little weaker in order to flex.
The mask is still my choice even if I have to repair every one of flaps I buy."
