"This apparatus worked better than the previous one which was too big for my nostrils. It is softer and easier to adjust. I need to alternate between this and a nasal mask because my nose becomes irriated with over use of the nasal pillow. I would purchase it again. It is pretty well designed."

"I have now tried four different masks with my ASV CPAP machine and find none of them to be great. I don't care for anything being over my mouth or face while sleeping.

I find ComfortLite 2 Nasal Pillows to be good but with problems. I also tried the Nasal Interface cushions and evaluate them as unsuitable/unsatisfactory for my needs.

The Nasal Pillows and head gear are very close to what I need but; the small pillows are too small and the medium size pillows are too large for my nasal openings. I also think the entry device containing the pillows is too bulky and could be engineered better. The device has some real advantages including the tube over the top of the head and being able to sleep on your side or even on your stomach. But, the angle of entry of the pillows is incorrect even though there is a mechanism to move the pillows up and down and away from the face.

Overall, this would be the best mask available if they offer a redesign of the pillows and a size between small and medium and change the angle of entry. The medium size pillows are uncomfortable to me. So I rank the system as average until they get those two facets changed."
