"I was VERY pleased to find your website as I had been to the Dr. and was told they could not get this item and I would have to go to a different mask that I would hate. If you forsee that this item will be discontinued PLEASE contact me.
In the future I plan to order directly from you as it is always a hastle to get anything from the Dr.
My only issue with the swivel is that it seems a little more fragile than I would like. Would like much better if the latch part was stronger (maybe metal built in the acrylic so when turning over it would not break off as easily.

"I very much like the mask this goes so I put up with this one lousy piece. I breaks where it connects to the mask. It's a slide, turn to lock in place. The little thing that hold the lock breaks off and if you don't have a spare, you have to tape it together. I keep a spare."
