"While traveling my 420 cpap stopped working so I called 1-800-356=5221 for help. Fernando was able to UPS a loner cpap machine to a location along my travels. I really was thankful for his help as I do need the cpap at night. Paul"

"I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the machine I received as a loaner. My current machine, as I stated in my order, is a lightweight travel CPAP machine, with a built-in humidifier; the machine I was given as a loaner was not a travel CPAP machine and probably weighed in excess of 5 pounds, with no humidifier."
