"This is the 3rd type full face mask I have tried. For me Forma full face is is the best seal. The head gear fits well. I will gladly take any free ones you want to send. I will order this again, unless something better comes along."

minor improvement
January 07, 2009
(2 out of 5) by Charles H, Sierra Madre, CA
"I usually use a Fisher-Paykel 432 full face mask. I purchased the Forma, hoping for less leakage, and a less sore nose-bridge in the morning. I have tried various masks. They all hurt my nose, thereby restricting my mask use to every third day. The Forma leaked more than my F-P 432. However, the Forma seems to be slightly more stable at my forehead. The gray rubber- like insert, the only discernible difference, seems to leak more than the F-P 432. My best results, so far, have been by using the 432 gray insert with the Forma mask. The only reason I will keep the mask is because the morning nose-soreness is at a slightly different spot, thereby (hopefully) allowing me to alternate my mask usage."

Search for the perfect fit
December 25, 2008
(4 out of 5) by Jim C San Francisco
"I purchased the Forma mask as it was described as an upgrade of the 432 F & P mask that I use. After three nights I concur that it is an upgrade. With high pressure, flatter cheeks and narrow nose, I struggle to get a good seal and to avoid the scar across the bridge of my nose each night.
I will continue the search, but at this point I can at least function - I would recommend the mask over others that I have tried from Respironics"

Why did they bother
December 15, 2008
(2 out of 5) by Patricia
"Why did Fisher&Paykel bother making this? It is almost exactly the same as the 432. The foam insert and seal have the same problem as the 432 - with high pressures they just blow right out, especially if you move your head back. The exhaust really isn't that much different, just down a little. The forehead now has a wider band but it is more uncomfortable than the other narrower 432. Very dissapointed."
