"HI ALL,
I HAVE BEEN ON THE CPAP FOR ALMOST 9 YEARS NOW AND HAVE TRIED ABOUT 6 - 7 MASKS SO WHEN I SAW THE H-P 407 I SAID OK WHY NOT WELL WAS I " WRONG " THE HEAD GEAR IS GREAT FOR ME BUT THE NOSE GEAR ONLY COMES IN ONE SIZE AND NOW I HAVE A PERMANANT SORE UNDER MY NOSE.I WILL MOST LIKLEY GET A NEW 405 AND USE THE GEAR FROM THE 407.HOPE THIS HELPS SOME ONE IN THERE DECISION IN BYING A MASK.

"I have been routinely using nasal pillows and decided to alternate with another 'delivery' approach. The mask style of the HC407 seemed a reasonable complement.
I have been delighted with the HC407 mask, and in many ways finding it more comfortable and stable than my nasal pillows. This mask will likely become my primary delivery approach, and the nasal pillows a secondary approach.
Nice product, great long term comfort and fits / seals well . . . I have no complaints and look forward to long time use of this product."
