"WE DECIDED FOR NOW TO REPLACE HEAD STRAP ON EXISTING MASK FOUND ON YOUR SITE. (TOLD BY L0CAL FIRM WHO SOLD US UNIT/ALL THAT HEADSTRAPS "ALONE" WERE NOT AVAILABLE! WE SORT OF DID NOT EXIST AFTER SALE.) THE EXCELLANT INFO /CUSTOMERCOMMENTS/COMPARISONS/ADVISE ON CPAP SITE
TAUGHT US MANY THINGS WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD. THE NIGHT WE ORDERED, A POWER FAILURE IN DALLAS CAUSED SPOUSE AN UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHT-WE GOTTA HAVE A BATTERY UNIT YOU LISTED!THIS MASK FITS FINE BUT THERE MUST BE ONE WITH HEADSTRAP THAT DOES NOT LOSE GRIP SO SOON AND CAN BE ADJUSTED TO FIT BETTER. HEAVIER DUTY VELCRO? WIDER VELCRO? CLIPS INSTEAD?. YOUR SITE WILL DIRECT US FOR SURE.

"seems to be the exact replacement for the headgear I had. the problem was that the velcro did not last as long as it probably should, and the seal was affected. previous one did fairly well for 4-5 months, and new one is fine so far."
