"This insert can be used with the Forma full face CPAP mask and provides a vastly superior seal to the cheap piece of junk insert that comes with the mask. This is an excellent product. Clean it with either a mask wipe or wash cloth and warm water and it will last for months. I highly recommend it. There is no need to buy the insert and the silicone seal unless the seal is worn out also."

"I like this mask, have been using for a long time now. the foam insert is the only part that deteriorates fast. There were lots of excess that needed to be trimmed from the seams on the mold. Also there is to much foam on each side of the nose area, and I trim additional out with a scissors."
