"I use this, along with a Fisher and Paykel water manometer to check my minimum AutoPap pressure. I have found that if my starting pressure is below ten, I feel awful within about two days. For example, if my setting is set at 10, but actually blows at 9.7 or 9.8, my sleep apnea therapy is not as good. I have symptoms that come back. I have had a DME give me an APAP where my pressure was not ten, it was around 9.7 and I could prove it to them using this. I would recommend buying one of these if you are a serious, compliant CPAP/APAP user. If you are not compliant, dont bother."

"Documentation is minimal, this is a combination of a gauge and fittings needed to conect to hose or blower. It is exactly what my DME provider used to check actual pressure generated from an older machine. It does not appear to be calibrated from Mfg as mine was off by several cm on a new machine that had been calibrated by DME. It is easy to calibrate if you have a known pressure souce."
