"CPAP.com has had two kinds of these connectors over the time I've been buying them. One is a transparent plastic, sometimes colored, sometimes clear. That is the one they sent this time. They work just fine, but they only last a few months before they crack. At $4 each, that's a bit high.
The other type is a milky white and more flexible plastic. I have a couple of these that I use in my travel kit. They last for years and years. I wish they would standardize on the more flexible type, as it is a better product."

"Whatever these are, they are NOT what is ordinarily sold as Hose Quick Connects. Not like the Quick Connects for regular compressed air lines. These do not come apart in any way. They are basically useless. If you have two hoses which will connect to this fitting, they will already connect to each other and you don't need this fitting. This is not an extension as the two hoses butt right up to each other on this fitting. There may be MARGINALLY less effort to connect hoses as these do not stretch like my regular hose ends, but these are CERTAINLY NOT what is usually considered a Quick Connect. I'm only keeping these because it would be more trouble to send them back. This item needs to be better explained in the product sales listing."
"It does serve the purpose, though not as well as the original product which was made of two freely moving parts so that the wider swivels around the narrower, preventing any twisting of the hose when a person turns during sleep."

"works great, no problems, very simple and easy to use. I now only use resmed masks that have quick release , but if your mask don't have one, this will do the job"
