"My reason for purchacing the Return Insurance was very simple: Peace of mind. If it turned out that the mask was not a good choice for me, I wanted to have the option of returning it and trying another one without worry. While I did find that the mask I chose WAS a great choice for ME, I'm glad that I knew it was not 'set in stone' if it had turned out to be the WRONG choice for me. I'd do it again presented with the same scenario.

"I bought the return insurance for this Headrest Nasal CPAP Interface and did not need it. I'm very thankful for having it though since i did try one other mask and that was not to my liking and got my money back. THANKS CPAP.com"

"The Breeze Sleepgear was very light weight but not comfortable enough for me. It seemed to put too much pressure on my nostrils and was not adjustable enough for my taste."

"I ordered this product and the Breeze because I didn't know which of the two products I would like better. I knew I would return one, therefore I ordered the insurance return coverage for both. I received both products quickly, but in the package I saw only one return label, for which one I don't remember. I liked both, but the Breeze had more promise so I kept that and returned the Aura with the one and only label I saw and a copy of my shipping order slip. I assume you received the Aura. You were very prompt, but the return labeling was a little confusing to me."
